All our keyboards come with a 1 year limited warranty. This is a warranty program offered by us and there is no need to ship it back to iQunix. Hooray!

◄Payment Modes
We accept bank transfer, Paynow, Paylah!, Grabpay or Installment Plans through Lazada/Shopee.
Installment plans are available – a 3% service fee applies. You will need to have a OCBC or DBS credit card. Both 6 months and 12 months options are available. Drop us a message to discuss and finalize your keyboard choice. After which, you can make payment via Lazada or Shopee depending on which platform you prefer.
◄What layout/switch should I choose?
Personal Preference! Everyone has different preferences regarding their favourite layout or switch, we would recommend making an appointment and coming down to our showroom to find the right one for you!
Because these switches are not as common as the others. They serve a very specific crowd requiring some unique traits of the switch. For example, Cherry MX Pink has an extremely silent characteristic while Cherry MX Silver is known to have low actuation distance. Hence the higher reflected cost.
